A block on the plan is the storage zone itself: draw a racking run and it exists in the records straight away.
Bin locations and pallets get QR-coded labels directly from the system, in batches.
What was loaded and what came back in the evening is reconciled automatically, so discrepancies show up at once rather than at month end.
During picking the system proposes the batch with the nearest expiry date.
Quantities are recorded the way warehouse staff actually count them, not in notional units.

Raw material enters the factory in three stages: security registers the vehicle at the gate, the storekeeper physically receives the goods and puts them away in the warehouse, and where required the lab makes a decision.
The database of the suppliers selected during goods intake: name, code, VÖEN, contact person, telephone and registered address.
The current state of the warehouses on one page: overall figures, a card for each warehouse, the largest raw material and finished product balances, full zones, expiring items and recent movements.

The floor plan of the warehouse: you enter the size of the room, add ready-made blocks (Racking, Shelf row, Cold room, Aisle, Entrance, Area) and drag them into place with the mouse. Every block drawn on the plan is a real zone of the warehouse, not just a picture.

Two jobs on one page: counting the balances (an ordinary count or a full scan with a terminal) and transfers between warehouses and zones.
Pallet and box labels: the QR holds the product, the production date and the use-by date. Below is the log of all the labels produced.
The page for taking confirmed customer orders into picking and marking them as ready. The moment 'Ready' is pressed, the finished product is written off the warehouse balance.
Van sales: each vehicle is a mobile warehouse. Here you see the balance of the van warehouses, the driver assigned to each one and the last reconciliation.
