Vehicle fleet

Mileage, trips, stops, fuel consumption and the temperature inside refrigerated bodies. The system finds suspicious refuelling on its own: vehicle in motion, far from the filling station, more than the tank holds, at night.

  1. 1Data arrives from the trackers and from the fuel company without manual entry.
  2. 2Every refuelling is checked against where the vehicle was at that moment.
  3. 3Body temperature is shown per trip rather than per day — otherwise standing at the factory distorts the picture.

What this gives you

Suspicious refuellings found automatically

A vehicle moving while fuelling, more litres than the tank holds, a fill far from where the vehicle stood, night-time fills, the wrong fuel grade, a repeat within the hour: each case is flagged.

Consumption against its own norm

Litres per 100 km are calculated for each vehicle and compared with that vehicle's own usual figure rather than a fleet-wide average.

Fuel data arrives by itself

Transactions are collected from the fuel company without manual entry, and each card is matched to a vehicle by its registration number.

Body temperature per trip

Temperature is averaged over the journey rather than the day, since the refrigeration unit is switched off at the factory and a daily average would mislead.

Silent trackers are diagnosed

The system distinguishes a disconnected power supply from an antenna failure or a fault in our own data collection, and says so in plain words.

Route against the optimal one

Mileage actually covered is compared with the route a satnav would take by road, not with a straight line.

Inside this section

The data shown in the screens below is fictional.

GPS tracking

Periods when trackers went silent and the reason why: which vehicle was silent and for how long, whether it moved while silent, and whether fuel was taken during that time. There are three tabs: "General list", "By type" and "By vehicle".

  • Open all silence episodes for the chosen period (the period can be up to 31 days)
  • View the "Trackers silent now" list (more than 2 hours since the last point)
  • Run a live check against Wialon with the "Diagnosis" button to find the reason
  • Filter episodes by vehicle and change the minimum silence length
  • Export the list to Excel (to send to the GPS company)
  • Print the page or save it as a PDF

Map / Vehicles / Reports

The main page of the section: the live position of vehicles on the map, the "Vehicles" list and 10 reports. These three tabs sit inside the same page; the remaining tabs (Entry-exit, Fuel, Body temperature, KPI) are separate pages.

  • See the live position of vehicles on the map (refreshed every 30 seconds)
  • Show the track of one or several vehicles on the map (up to 7 days and 10 vehicles)
  • Build a report: mileage, trips, stops, by day, phone-to-vehicle match, visit check, time at the factory
  • Export the "Time at the factory" report to Excel for all vehicles
  • Pull the list of vehicles from Wialon (after a new tracker has been fitted)
  • Link a driver (a system user) to a vehicle

Body temperature

Temperature and humidity readings from the sensor in the refrigerated body. There are two modes: "By trip" — each row is one trip (leaving the factory, then coming back); "All readings" — every reading for the chosen period, with a chart.

  • Choose a vehicle and a period and open the list of trips
  • Open the chart for one trip: temperature, humidity, speed and stops
  • Switch to "All readings" mode and look at the minimum, maximum and average figures for the period
  • Check the state of the sensor: the time of the last reading and whether it is on the network
  • Move the cursor over the chart and read the temperature and humidity at any moment

Fuel

Refuellings, consumption and suspicious operations. There are five tabs inside: Consumption, Comparison, Records, Suspicious, Vehicle card. The data comes in from AzPetrol automatically, and an Excel file can also be uploaded by hand.

  • Look at consumption, the comparison of vehicles of the same model, the records and the suspicious operations; print the page and export it to Excel
  • Open the vehicle card: registration document details, consumption between fills, monthly trend
  • Pull the last 48 hours of operations with "AzPetrol sync"
  • Load operations for past days with "Pull period" (up to 31 days)
  • Upload the AzPetrol Excel file by hand
  • Add or delete a refuelling record and link a card to a vehicle

KPI

The movement figures for the whole fleet in one table: mileage, trips, route optimality, idling and speeding. Click a number plate and all the trips for the period open, each with its own figures.

  • Choose a period and open the KPI table for the whole fleet (up to 31 days)
  • Click a number plate to see all the vehicle's trips and the figures for each trip
  • Open a trip's track on the map (the "Track" link)
  • Show only moving vehicles and search by number plate or driver
  • Export the table to Excel

Entry-exit

The log of vehicles entering and leaving the factory grounds, with the camera recording of the moment of entry. Each row is one entry: when it came in, when it left, how long it stayed.

  • Open the entry log by period, vehicle and search word
  • Filter to only those on site now, or only those with video
  • Jump quickly with the "Today" and "Yesterday" buttons
  • Watch the video of the entry: frame by frame forwards and backwards, speed, zoom, screenshot
  • Download the video to your computer (MP4)
  • Export the log to Excel
